We invest heavily in in-house training. This gives us the chance to communicate the “Sodexo Feeling”, our corporate culture and our values.

Our training programme contains approx. 70 courses, which are run by around 50 internal teachers and, where necessary, external consultants. The programme, which we check and update every year, is one of the most comprehensive in the business, and comprises training in:

  • Catering and cleaning service
  • Internal service and multiservice
  • Introduction and management courses
  • Administrative systems and routines

As we see it, motivated and skilled employees are the key to satisfied clients and guests.
